Membership Terms and Conditions
- Members can book the court for free, however, please be aware that non members must still pay their share of the court hire fee.
- A good way of understanding the membership is that the court booking should be split four ways – if you are a member, your quarter of the court hire is free, but non members must still pay their share. E.g If a member books the court for an hour ($48) and is playing with three non-members then the members portion of the fee ($12) is free but the other non members have to pay $12 each (total $36) to Padelwest.
- Each member can book for no more than 2 hours a day during the off-peak period.
- It is required to list all players (including members) in each booking.
- Non-members will be invoiced by the system. Please pay the invoice before the booking or risk your court being cancelled.
- All cancellations should be made not less than 12 hours before the booking time. Failure to do so may result in penalty charges.
